We are progressively adopting Tradeshift across all our operations, and it will become the primary channel for invoice submission.


To ensure smooth processing, please include the correct Otis reference details (e.g., PO number or tracking ID) when submitting invoices.

Validation Rules

Validation rules have been set up by Otis to reduce the number of queries relating to invoices which can delay payments.
These rules ensure that all necessary information is included on your invoices.
